Download IV Configuration

NOTE It is mandatory to download and configure the Data Adapter Service for successful integration between the IXM WEB and the Control Center.

 

Follow the steps mentioned below to install the Data Adapter Service:

 

STEP 1:

On clicking the button, a file named "IXM_IVConfiguration.exe" will be downloaded automatically. Run the downloaded file by clicking on its name. The following screen will be displayed:

 

 

STEP 2:

Click on Configure button displayed in the middle of the screen to setup IndigoVision. The application will display a message shown below:

 

 

Click on OK button. The following message will be displayed to confirm registry of the DLL:

 

 

Continue by clicking on Yes button. The following message will be displayed once the DLL is successfully added to the registry:

 

 

Click on OK button. The configuration of IndigoVision is now complete:

 

 

STEP 3:

To confirm successful installation of the service, go to the "SysWOW64" folder within the "Windows" folder and search for file "ivbind2.dll". If found, it means the service is up and running.
